The play was full of intrigue, treachery, betrayals, murders, battles, and rude jokes; by the time it finished, I was hooked. Shakespeare's beautiful language had dazzled me. Of course, at that age I didn't understand all the words, but I fell in love with the way they sounded.

Highly recommended to Shakespeare lovers. In the tomb, Romeo kills himself. Tragically though things do not go as planned and thinking Juliet is really dead Romeo takes his own life beside his love. The chjldrens battle between love and hate.

The plan goes awry, and Romeo learns instead that she is dead. Romeo gets caught up in a fight with her cousin and he dies.
