    Hi Can I freeze the cake with the rosettes. I used both lemon and lime for Lemon Lime Cupcakes. I need to ice my cake with the fondant you roll out and place over. Just note that it is butter based, so if the wedding is outdoors or anywhere HOT that could pose and issue.
