    The layouts of the workbook-like pages make it almost inevitable to follow well-known productivity practices. It breaks down your goal into simple, methodical actions to get you to your goal in hours per day. You can work toward your goal on weekends or skip them. I like the 13 week chunk?

    You can also go through your social media posts throughout the year to spark your memory. The Self Journal is besr that, let me tell you why…. As you can see, this is pretty detailed but it should only take about minutes to complete -- which is a great investment of time considering what you will get out of it. It really holds yourself accountable to commit to your goals.
