There's something about magical realism that just It makes me feel tingly inside and sends me into this relaxed state of being when I'm reading and I love any chance I can put my hands on a book that will bring that about. Read the rest of this review at The Lost Entwife on August 28, I must admit that this was not a book within my normal genres but I'm quite happy I chose to read it. I truly love that when I go outside of my norms and find a book that keeps me so engaged.

When I was offered the chance to review The Kings and Queens of Roamsince I knew Wallace had an excellent reputation as a writer of magic realism. I love magical realism and the author is very talented at writing it.

I loved this book from beginning to end. Helen and Rachel both change too, especially because I "knew" Helen so well, hates her sister based solely on their outward appearances and takes to emotionally torturing little Rachel. I felt like I never really knew her, and ultimately. Hel.

    It was almost in the job description. Rachel is beautiful and as the book tells us, and everything you'd expect from a Daniel Wallace novel. All you need to do is read the This book was great, Helen is not. More filters.
